Hello and welcome to Echo Forest Therapy. I am a qualified, registered and professional Gestalt Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and Couple Counsellor. I am also trained in CBT and Person Centred therapy. I am based in Hampshire (UK), and I offer in-person, online and telephone counselling for clients from age above 11. I work with both individuals and couples.

I am a registered member of the BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and a member of the HACP - Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I practice in accordance with the BACP Ethical Guidelines and I am bound by its values and principles to provide a safe and ethical environment when working with clients.
